New College Student?
Are you a new college student at King’s Hill or in Boston? We’d love to take you out to coffee to hear your story, and to share with you about our church and what it looks like to follow Jesus in this city!
College Kickoff Events
08/30 – Sunday Morning + College Connect | 11 AM
At King’s Hill, we love college students! Every Sunday morning our college students attend our 11am worship service at the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel along with many other members of our church. We encourage you to hang around after our gathering as we’ll share with you a little bit about our college ministry and how you can get more connected.
09/01 – Need Help Moving?
The “Big Move” is right around the corner! If you are moving on September 1 and will need help in Mission Hill, Fenway, Back Bay, or Southie, let us know by filling out this form.
09/02 – Worship Night | 7 PM
Join us at the Hilton Boston Back Bay as we kick off the semester worshiping King Jesus together!
09/03 – Cereal Night | 6 PM
FREE CEREAL?!?!?! Cereal Night at the Back Bay Fens, 6PM! Bring the biggest bowl you can find (or use one of ours), meet new faces, and eat sugary goodness for dinner like an adult. Invite all your friends!
09/06 – Sunday Morning + College Connect | 11 AM

09/07 – Yard Games | 6:30 PM
Yard Games — Back Bay Fens, 6PM. We've got spikeball, cornhole, and frisbee. Come play, come watch, come meet people. No experience needed, just show up.
09/09 – College Night | 7 PM
College Nights are our favorite nights out of the month. Twice a month we gather together for worship, teaching, and to meet new friends at the Sheraton Hotel Boston. Show up and invite your friends to grow deeper in your relationship with God!
09/12 – Ultimate Frisbee & Ice Cream | 7 PM
Not just frisbee… but ultimate frisbee. Bring your tennis shoes, or sit on the sidelines and enjoy some ice cream with friends! 7 PM at the Back Bay Fens
09/13 – Sunday Morning + Life Group Meet & Greet | 11 AM
At King’s Hill, we love college students! Every Sunday morning our college students attend our 11am worship service along with many other members of our church. We encourage you to hang around after our gathering as we’ll share with you a little bit about our college ministry and how you can get more connected.
09/14-09/17 – Life Groups Kickoff
Only 10% of what happens at King’s Hill happens on a Sunady morning or College Night. The other 90% happens in a Life Group. Get connected to community, build life-giving friendships, and grow in your walk with Jesus.
09/18 – International Student Potluck | 6:30 PM
If you’re an international student (or if you’re not and would like some good food), bring a dish of your choice that represents your country (or family) and let’s share a meal together at Forsyth Park!
Meet the College Ministry Team
Chandler Watson
College Ministry Director
Chandler is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has received his Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Married to Madelyn who is also originally from Georgia, they moved up in 2024 and have a passion to see college students take their next step in following Jesus wholeheartedly.

Zoe Henegar
College Ministry Associate
Zoe graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, with a bachelor’s in Psychology. While at Appalachian, she developed a heart for college students through serving and being served through the college ministry at her church.
She moved up in the summer of 2025 and desires to see college students in Boston be reached with the gospel, equipped, and sent out as ambassadors for Christ.
